Alfredo has worked with local teams in different international assignments across China, Europe, Latin America and the US. Before founding ALEENA he had a record of increasing responsibilities in various international public companies such as Hospira, Givaudan, Unilever, Roche and Procter & Gamble.  As an entrepreneur he has been involved in start up´s in the food service industry.

Adriana holds a master's degree in corporate finance and organization. Her 24 years of experience in senior regional positions include PWC, Unilever, Nortel Networks and other international food industries (Farm Frites), where she has had a record of high performance in her deliverables. She is recognized as a business builder able to adapt and overcome any and all obstacles that the work environment brings in her way.

Enrique is Co-Founder and currently acting as Advisory Partner holding a non-executive position at ALEENA. He has over 28 years of experience in senior financial positions at major multinationals where he had a very successful track-record of achievements and increasing responsibilities in both local and international assignments. As an entrepreneur he has personally developed some family businesses in both farm and tourism industries.
